Services for Seniors

Erwin's Senior Christmas Luncheon will be held on Friday, December 6th, 2024! Doors open at 11:00 am and the luncheon begins at 12:00 pm. The monthly luncheons are catered and there will be mandatory sign ups for each. Please note, NO RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE DECEMBER 6TH CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON! The Senior Citizens meet at the Gang Mills Fire Department at 125 Forest Drive, Painted Post. Trip information and sign-up dates will be posted on the site as they become available, and we kindly remind you to check the website often for any updates.

Bus trip sign-ups are the first Friday of the month at the Forest View Gang Mills Fire Department, from 10:30 am - 11:45 am for Town of Erwin and Village of Painted Post residents, and from 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm for residents who do not reside in the Town of Erwin or the Village of Painted Post. The Seniors also organize bus trips to theater shows, shopping centers and other points of interest at little or no cost. THERE ARE NO BUS TRIPS SCHEDULED FOR 2025 AT THIS TIME!

ATTENTION COOPERS PLAINS RESIDENTS:
Wineglass Marathon: Sunday, October 6th, 2024
- Expect Delays - Coopers Plains affected: 7:00am – 1:30pm
- Residents exiting the hamlet of Coopers to use Meads Creek Rd.
- Use Race St. & Main St. – Where Law Enforcement will guide you to Meads Creek Rd.
- Avoid traveling in and out of the hamlet during the affected hours
- Please Plan Accordingly
