The Town of Erwin Town Zoning Board is composed of five members appointed by the Town Board. The Zoning Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall. The public is always welcome at these meetings.


Virtual participation is available. Leave a comment or request virtual meeting sign-in information as follows: The public is invited to address the board by sending comments via mail to 310 Town Center Road, Painted Post, NY 14870; via email to townoferwin@erwinny.org; or calling and leaving a message at 607-936-5637.

Road Work Notice – Town of Erwin
06/30/25
The Town of Erwin Highway Department will be milling on June 30th and paving on July 9th on several streets throughout the town.

Areas to be impacted include:
• A portion of Forest Drive, from Jones Road to Fieldview Drive
• A portion of Beartown Road, from Forest Drive to Deerland Drive
• A portion of Aurene Drive
• A portion of South Hamilton Street, between the bridges near Painted Post
• Summit Court
• Intersection at Swan Lane
Please plan ahead, expect minor delays, and drive with caution in work zones. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work to improve our roads!
